Frequently Asked Questions

What is Inspire Christian College?

Inspire Christian College is a location in partnership with Southeastern University, a regionally accredited, Christ-centered institution of higher learning. By attending Inspire College, you have the opportunity to choose between 5 degree plans offered by Southeastern University.

This extension site program provides classes in a purely online format that will give students, ages 18-26, the freedom and flexibility of a non-classroom setting to complete work independently. In addition to a unique schedule, each student will earn three credit hours for free through the ministry practicum. In the ministry practicum, students will serve alongside seasoned pastors and leaders and receive hands-on training in various ministries of church life.

Is it all books and essays? Can I get hands-on instruction?

Glad you asked! One of the best parts of the Inspire Christian College experience is the Ministry Practicum. Students can earn collegiate credits by fulfilling ministry requirements alongside Inspire Church staff and interns, while learning various functions of ministry and leadership. Where else can you earn credits for helping run a soundboard or organizing activates for kids!? Plus, you’ll get a chance to apply your instruction in different ways including public speaking and project organization.

When can I apply?

Inspire Christian College offers rolling admission meaning that you are able to apply to either the Spring or Fall semesters.

How do I get started?

Awesome! Begin by visiting the Application page on this website. Follow the steps outlined by SEU and begin the application. Once that is complete, our Site Director will reach out to schedule an interview.  You’ll be accepted at Inspire Christian College once all requirements have been met through your interview with our Site Director and you’ve been academically accepted by Southeastern University.

Who is Inspire Christian College for?

Inspire Christian College is for any student ages 18-25. It is for all young people, whether you feel called to full time ministry or if you want to make a difference in the marketplace.

Yes! Of course! Our accreditation with SEU enables enrolled students to pay for their college experience using federal financial aid.
